Sakit Gigi...

How to began... Two weeks ago.. already known yang gigi atas ni belubang, and gigi depan tu tampalnya dah pecah. Dah rasa sakit-sakit sikit. So pergila dentist. Ingat nak cabut, but as usual because of the pain so the dentist don't want to pull it. Have to wait until the pain gone.

When to see Dentist on Monday; Tuesday night, gigi dah sakit sikit.. Rabu tu still gi kerje. Makan pain killer also nothing. Khamis to Sunday... gigiku sakit tak hilang, pipi jadi bengkak. Tak boleh makan.Tak boleh tido. Menangis all the time. Makan ubat jek. Tak boleh cakap.I lost weight; 4kg. The nextM onday then sakit dan lebam tu mula hilang sikit-sikit.

Betulla kata orang biarlah demam ke, sakit kaki ke (touch wood) tapi janganla sakit gigi. Tak boleh tido sampai menangis-nangis. Tapi padanla muka aku kan, takut lagi jumpa doktor gigi. Dah teruk, dah kena beribu-riban baru nak ingat(my front teeth going to kena rm1200) Baru nak menyesal.Bukan tak gosok tau.. cuma... entahla. Nak kata tak gosok hehari aku gosok gigi.

Kenapa saya takut kena jumpa doktor gigi?

1. Takut tengok equipment diorang. Masa umur 10 tahun, masa dentist nak enject untuk cabut gigi, I ran out of the clinic. Terus pergi kat kereta abah. Since that, I'm phobia with dentist.

2. Mahal? Herm... money strain... dulu macam rasa banyak sangat nak buat dengan duit ni. Lagi tak cukup. ( yang ye nya gila membeli barang ) La ni... dah kawin, lagi banyak comittment lagi padan muka aku. LOL.

Suggestion???

1. Teringat lagi masa sekolah rendah, every month doktor gigi datang sekolah, cek gigi. Then lepas rehat, beratur ramai-ramai depan longkang and sesi gosok gigi beramai-ramai. Masa 7 years old siap dapat sijil gigi tercantik. ( skang nih gigi paling buruk... uwaaaa) Sekarang nih tak tahu la ada lagi ke tak. Heharap tradisi tu tak hilang la... because it's good for the children for their knowledge and they would realize how important to brush their teeth. Kalau tak bawak berus gigi masa tu, mesti malu gila dengan bebudak lain.

2. Semua benda start dari rumah. So for those parents, gigi anak tu, gigi susu ke apa ke, make sure biasakan diorang, teach them, make it as a habit to go to check their teeth every 6 month. So they will get used to it, and takla takut jumpa dentist macam aku ni. Kalau biasakan, takdala anak kita dapat gigi berlapis (macam gigi depan aku yang dah teruk ni) and then make it worse bila dah tua kelak. Masa aku kat sekolah kat KL (secondary) dah takda dentist kat sekolah. Herm....

Conclusion

If your teeth you think is okie, that's good. Make it as a habit to see your dentist every 6 month. Now you might say my teeth ok. No need to see dentist. Believe me, when it hurts thats mean it is already worse.
Write through experience...
