92 kilo?
Dah sebulan raya, ada satu hari aku janji dengan Ogy nak pakai baju kurung gi office nak celebrate last raya kekonon. Pilih punya pilih baju dalam almari, teringin nak pakai baju hijau manik tu.. sarung punya sarung, alamak!!! asal nam[ak tummy ni.. isk tak boleh jadi ni... terus aku pakai seluar gi office... bila Ogy tanya " Aku lupa la babe..." hekhekhe tapi dalam hati risau asal la aku tak muat pakai baju tu.
Esoknya, aku timbang berat aku..MASYA-ALLAH 92 KILO... aku terus susah hati... dan terfikir which part yang buat aku kembang nih...terus niat I need to lost my weight back.. This is horror...
Well the moment i'm writting right now.. 1 mnth after aku timbang... my weight reduced to 88 kilo. alhamdullilah... 1 week 1 kilo reduce... Mcm mana aku buat?
How to start.I think my old working timing also effect my weight. Mana tidaknya, kerja kul 3 petang sampai 12 malam, dinner pukul 8 makan nasi berat because no lunch, lepas tu sampai rumah mengunyah sebab tak boleh tidur sampai 4 pagi... I skip my breakfast because tak boleh bangun pagi, somy eating habit totaly disorder.
Now... for new working enviroment... I do have proper b/fast, makan nasi kuantiti sedikit, sampai makcik kedai tak tahu macam mana nak kira, no dinner & it works. My office at 3rd floor, so now I'm trying to pratice using stairs when going back... Hopefully it works!
