Sebulan Dua Minggu...

Aduh, lama betul saya tak update my losing weight journey. I'm too tired I think. I’m working for 6 days a week. My off day yang sehari itu adalah hari menenangkan fikiran. Nak terjah blog org lain pun tak berkesempatan. Owh... saya bukan mengeluh, I love my new job so much! It's new migration, and I understand the situation. Awal-awal saya dah inform my family, give me a year paling lama,  and everything will be back to normal. Insya-Allah... Bukan apa, cuma takmo dema worried sebab me working for long hours.

So today, hari yang agak menceriakan sebab dating dengan my little cousins. So cute... I just in love with kids. All kids! I can just play with them the whole day.

My diet journey? Early January my routine was superb. Balik kerja mesti jog or workout at least 45 minutes a day. Tapi sejak 2 minggu lepas, my back pain datang balik. It’s hurt! Mungkin saya workout terlebih. So doktor suruh buat light workout je. Itupun 3 hari sekali for 45 minutes. Seriously... bila hanya makanan yang di jaga, without any exercise... it's so hard for me to losing the weights.

So... Early Jan 2012 my weight was 91 kilos. After 1 months 2 weeks, alahai takutnya nak tulis... takut journey ni tak mampu untuk dihabiskan. Aduh! ***ingat your goal Marlia... 55 kilos***  Saya suka my pix being taken, tapi bila saya sedar saya gemuk dan gambar yang di ambil tak cantik so saya tak suka my pixx taken. Teruknya**sebab saya susah nak carik gambar masa berat 91 kilos tu, even in my FB**





Saya bersyukur... I do hope I’ll achieve my goal! Insya-allah.
